Jeffrey
Jeffrey was born in Africa and then moved to Europe. While in Europe, Jeffrey gave his life completely to the Lord. He started seeking the face of God through extended hours of prayer and fasting. He began to feel the call of evangelism and to pursue the call. The Lord led Jeffrey to move to New York. This was one of Jeffrey’s first trials and the beginning of his walk of faith to forsake all and follow God. While in New York, Jeffrey turned away from all distractions to consecrate himself to the Lord through extended hours of prayer and fasting. It was during this period that Jeffrey went through numerous visitations and experiences, which drew him closer to the Lord. The call of evangelism intensified as God led him to minister on the streets and subways of New York. Due to Jeffrey’s faithfulness in small beginnings, the Lord instructed him to move to South Carolina. His obedience to this call activated more gifts of God on his life. In South Carolina, he attended Fresh Fire internship with Todd Bentley where miracles, signs, and wonders increased in his ministry.The passion of Jeffrey’s life and ministry is cultivating a deep lifestyle of dwelling in God’s presence, winning souls, and seeing others experience the transferable, tangible anointing of the Holy Spirit. God releases His presence and power through Jeffrey’s life in a mighty way, confirming that Jesus still heals every sickness and disease. Jeffrey also ministers prophetically, both corporately and personally. He brings forth God’s word with power and demonstration of the Spirit-God confirming His word with miracles signs and wonders.Jeffrey is married to Willy. While in the US Jeffrey calls Fort Mill in South Carolina home and fellowships at Morningstar ministries.
Willy Rugira-Hüpscher
Willy Rugira-Hüpscher is the co-founder of Separated Unto Jesus Ministries along with her husband, Jeffrey. Willy is a great woman of faith and believes that nothing is impossible with God.
She was born into a Christian family in the Netherlands and gave her life to Jesus at an early age. Her heart’s desire is for people of every race/age to receive the revelation of God’s true love for them and come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. It is her desire to see people’s lives changed by the Holy Spirit. She loves to encourage people with God’s love and truth.
Willy has a huge heart for missions. After attending Domata Bible School the Lord led her to go on a six-month mission trip to India. While in India, she served the children and staff in a children’s home. Since then she has made several mission trips to Africa, Eastern Europe, and Asia.
Willy is also the co-founder of Help Kids Up. Help Kids Up was created to help, love, and restore street children to a normal life in Uganda and the rest of the world. Willy’s passion and desire is to provide a place of healing and restoration for these children and to bring awareness to people about this growing issue. Willy stands along side her husband, Jeffrey, in the ministry God has called them to in the Nations.
